You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Project Shift is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of Project Shift require a paid subscription. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. All payments are processed securely. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at projectshift.app@gmail.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Project Shift — including lessons, datasets, designs, and copy — is owned by Project Shift, Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Shift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
